Booking your appointment
Please read prior to booking your appointment.
Amending your booking & cancellation fees:
It is the clients responsibility to reschedule/ cancel appointments even if they have been booked with Ebonie Blush at a previous appointment. This can be done via the confirmation email or by logging into your account.
Clients may be charged an additional £5 if arriving more than 5 minutes late. Late arrival of more than 5 minutes may result in appointments being partially complete or cancelled with full payment.
All bookings require a 30% deposit. If the appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice the deposit will be credited to your Ebonie Blush account and deducted from your next appointment. If you would like a full refund please contact Ebonie Blush for your refund to be processed.
Appointment amendments/cancellations with LESS than 48 hours notice will have to be cancelled by contacting Ebonie Blush & you will lose your 30% deposit.
Appointment cancellations with less than 12 hours notice/no shows will incur a 100% charge.
Your Appointment:
No plus ones or under 16’s are allowed to appointments unless being braided.
Booked treatments cannot be cancelled during your appointment.
Patch Tests
It is the clients responsibility to book patch tests - if they arrive to their appointment without one it will be cancelled and charged.
Braiding Appointments
Times quoted for braiding styles are a rough guide only & the next duration fee will be charged if the style takes longer than quoted.
Clients will arrive with dry & detangled hair ready for braiding. An additional fee will be charged for the duration it takes to dry/detangle hair.
Clients providing their own extension hair - please note we will only accept pre-stretched hair, your appointment will be cancelled & charged otherwise.
Please ensure you have the correct length of pre-stretched hair that you have booked in for. For example please do not provide 28 inch pre-stretched braiding hair for 16 inch box braids. This will cause your booking to run over which you will be charged for the additional time.
Nail appointments
Clients must ensure they have booked in for removal if they are arriving with gel polish on their hands/feet.
Correct nail art requirements must be selected when booking to ensure enough time is allocated for your desired design.
Ombre Brow
Appointment amendments and cancellations with LESS than 72 hours notice will have to be cancelled by Ebonie Blush & will incur a 30% charge & no shows 100% charge of their booking.
Appointments may incur additional charges or be cancelled with full payment if arriving more than 10 minutes late.
Second procedures must be booking within 12 weeks of the initial treatment or will incur an additional fee.
Any previous brow tattooing must be declared prior to booking or your appointment maybe cancelled on the day with full payment.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding this treatment cannot be carried out.
